Job Summary
You will provide case management services to families eligible to participate in the YMCA Caregiver Supports Program, including supporting licensed and unlicensed caregivers of youth in foster care. Case management services include coordinating or providing services to enable the child and caregivers to utilize medical, educational, social, clinical, and other services necessary for maintaining the child's physical, psychological, and/or developmental health.
