YR23 - Enrichment Centre Manager - Education Centre - 4 Weekday + 1 Weekend

Working hours: weekdays 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM, weekends 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Location: Punggol and City Square Mall centres.

Salary: $4,200 – $5,000 per month.

Job Description: The firm specialises in English language and writing classes for primary and secondary level students. We are looking for a Centre Manager to lead daily operations, service standards and business performance of our enrichment centre.

• Oversee sales, service and operational performance of assigned centres.
• Lead centre teams to achieve enrolment, retention, conversion and service targets.
• Drive centre sales performance through close follow-up on enquiries, trials and enrolment opportunities.
