Opportunity Description
Support youth in overcoming addictions as a Youth Drug Stabilization Worker with Marymound. This role involves crisis de-escalation and facilitating treatment options in multi-disciplinary teams.
As a Youth Drug Stabilization Worker, you will engage with youth facing addiction challenges in both the Youth Addictions Stabilization Unit and the Intoxicated Persons Detention Area. You will implement therapeutic interventions, manage crises, and coordinate care with a team of nurses and paramedics. Your role also includes thorough documentation and collaboration with community resources to assist families.
