Key Responsibilities
- Operate the shunt truck to move trailers within the yard.
- Communicate with shipping personnel to ensure efficient movement of trailers.
- Report any issues or damages to trailers.
- Complete routine service on trucks, including checking fluids, fuel, and air; report all maintenance issues and malfunctions.
- Assist with loading or unloading of products or materials, using specialized equipment when warranted; unload empty pallets and return all equipment to designated area.
