As a part of the WOC Team, you will perform specialized care assessments for clients dealing with ostomies and wounds. This role requires you to formulate care plans and conduct evaluations alongside interprofessional collaboration. Participate in knowledge dissemination and facilitate training for ongoing improvements in care delivery.
