Position Title Workshop Foreman Job Summary The Workshop Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, supervising technicians and mechanics, ensuring high-quality vehicle repairs and services, and maintaining productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction standards in line with my clients policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage workshop technicians and mechanics. Allocate daily jobs and monitor workflow efficiency. Ensure all vehicle services and repairs are completed to company and manufacturer standards. Conduct quality control checks on completed work. Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults when required. Assist technicians with technical support and problem-solving.
