Role Overview

Workplace Benefits serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by connecting our capabilities across the firm. WB is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive set of personal wealth and retirement products and services through Banking, Merrill Edge and Advisory channels. WB provides tools and content that enables financial advisors and bankers to help their client’s live better financial lives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Sr. Engagement Consultant for the retirement group’s mid to large sized Institutional clients.
• Define and deliver effective communication strategies for an assigned book of clients based on business goals, corporate culture, financial wellness challenges, and identified employee behaviors.
