Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Workforce Operations Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating workforce attraction, immigration, settlement, and integration initiatives that support the organization's recruitment and retention objectives.

This position serves as a key resource for internationally educated professionals, Temporary Foreign Workers, and other candidates requiring relocation and settlement support, ensuring a positive transition into both the workplace and the community.
