About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

As a Workforce Modeller, you will play a key role in shaping how our Service Delivery workforce is planned and supported. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and continuously improving complex models that guide operational decision‑making. Your modelling insights will help ensure we have the right workforce capacity, at the right time, to meet customer needs and achieve our strategic goals.

You'll join a team that plays a critical role in ensuring ACC can respond to changing customer demand, making a tangible impact on workforce strategy and service delivery outcomes.
