In this role, you'll play a key part in human resources operations, working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
+ Manage Tier 1 tickets and higher-level process-driven queries and elevations from WFA Assistance regarding Employee Life Cycle, Time & Pay, as well as respond to day-to-day HR-related inquiries using ServiceNow and Workday to provide prompt and effective responses.
+ Support Workforce Administration activities such as Hiring, Onboarding, Offboarding, Job Changes (Promotions, Personal Data Changes, etc.), Time & Absence management ...
