Role Overview

In this role, you will be the go-to technical expert for high-level reporting, data analysis, and optimization within our Workday HCM ecosystem. You will act as a critical analytical bridge, keeping a pulse on three major business silos to ensure data alignment, track cross-functional trends, and deliver key information to leadership. Operating within an Agile framework, you will transform raw HR data into actionable insights while supporting daily configuration and system optimization.

• High-Level Reporting & Analytics: Build, maintain, and optimize advanced Workday reports (matrix, trended, composite) and executive dashboards to support workforce planning, retention tracking, and organizational health.
