Word/Data Processing Clerk III - Enhanced Security Clearance Processing Clerk (Job Number: 55542)

Responsibilities

• Conduct NicheUA, CPIC, JOIN, PSP, CCIS, and NCIC checks to process enhanced security checks for all areas of the Edmonton Police Service including Human Resources, Facilities Management Branch, Volunteers, I.T., Victim Services Unit, Zebra Centre and others.
• Process each applicant and all listed family members, in-laws, roommates on NicheUA, CPIC, JOIN, PSP, and CCIS. (NCIC when applicable).
• Complete analysis and research on each enhanced security clearance.
• Provide information and direction on enhanced security clearance.
• Retrieve and send CPIC messages.
• Correspond with external policing agencies and partners to recover intelligence.
• Compile and review intelligence for reporting.
