**Job Title: Exterior Wood Specialist**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on exterior refurbishment work at a residential complex, including patching stucco, replacing damaged wood components, and performing light painting. You will use a variety of hand and power tools to restore exterior surfaces and ensure they are safe, durable, and visually appealing.

**Responsibilities**

+ Patch and repair exterior stucco surfaces to restore structural integrity and appearance.
+ Remove and replace damaged or deteriorated exterior wood components as needed.
+ Perform light painting on repaired or replaced surfaces to achieve a clean, finished look.
+ Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for wood and stucco repair tasks.
+ Measure materials accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools to ensure precise cuts and fits.
