As a Wildlife Biologist, you will assist with wildlife inventory programs and advise on legislation that protects species at risk. Your expertise will contribute to crucial assessments and the creation of effective protection plans. Additionally, you will mentor new staff and provide insight into regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute wildlife surveys related to projects
• Implement protection plans for endangered avian species
• Advise on environmental regulations for wildlife
• Assist in research on ecological relationships
• Develop business proposals and maintain client contacts
Requirements:
• Degree in biology, ecology, or environmental sciences
• 2-5 years of wildlife biology experience preferred
• Knowledge of species at risk and habitat requirements
