WFM Team Lead - Real-Time Forecasting & Scheduling

ATAIN is seeking a Team Leader WFM for its BPO operations in Medellín, Colombia. You will lead workforce management activities, including forecasting, scheduling, and MI reporting to maintain staffing levels and meet SLAs across multiple programs.

The role requires at least 6 months of TL experience in WFM, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in rotating shifts. ATAIN offers opportunities in a multinational environment and exposure to travel, transportation, and hospitality domains.
