Opportunity Description
As a Human Resources Consultant at WestJet, you'll partner with leaders to drive HR initiatives and support team growth. This full-time, in-person position requires collaboration up to five days per week.
In your role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor for frontline and senior managers, leveraging your robust HR expertise to enhance employee relations and develop effective strategies for workforce management. You will play an integral part in a highly respected People and Culture team, emphasizing results-driven coaching and supportive data interpretation.
