Wellness Supervisor (Spring/Summer 2026 Start)

This role is about more than supervising a space, it’s about driving a vision. As the Fitness & Wellness Supervisor, you are a visible leader, an operational anchor, and a wellness ambassador. You lead from the floor, not from behind a desk. 

You ensure our bathhouse, fitness centre, studios, hydrotherapy spaces, and pool deck operate seamlessly, safely, and to the highest luxury standards. With strong initiative, presence, and accountability, you create an environment where guests feel confident, cared for, and inspired, and where your team feels supported, motivated, and clear on expectations.

Pay Rate: $23 per hour
