Welding Supervisor

Role based in Belgium - Rotation Plan Available. We are looking for an experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team in Belgium. Rotation plan available. The Welding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all welding and fabrication activities on a pharmaceutical project, ensuring work is completed safely, to specification, and in compliance with stringent pharma, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP). Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily welding activities on-site Ensure all welding work complies with: Approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) Project specifications and drawings Pharmaceutical industry standards (e.g., hygienic piping, orbital welding) Monitor weld quality and ensure adherence to QA/QC requirements Liaise with QA/QC inspectors for weld inspections, NDT, and documentation Ensure proper material traceability (e.g., stainless steel, high-purity systems) Coordinate with other trades (pipefitters, mechanical teams, QA, validation) Ensure al...
