Stabil Drill is currently seeking a **Full Time Welder/PTA Operator** to join our team in **Midland, Texas** . This position performs duties including welding various types of materials with MIG and TIG applications.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for manufacturing and repair functions in the welding shop.
+ Fabricate downhole drilling equipment, including stabilizers.
+ Experience in applying various Hard Facings used on Stabilizers
+ Experience in repairing Stabilizers
+ Manual Cylindrical Grinding
+ Work with management to estimate time frame on welding jobs.
