Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and/or coordinate complete estimates including analyzing specifications, proposals, takeoffs, and other documentations to prepare estimates.
- Attend construction site and perform a full analysis to determine project difficulty and estimate
- Develop a strategic and competitive plan for each tender as per contract specifications: labor, equipment, and materials
- Maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships through corporate database
- Maintain relations with all vendors, clients, engineers, architects, owners, etc.
- Conduct handover meetings with project managers to execute the work.
- Keep tender documents organized
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years direct experience in the construction field, in below grade, Dam proofing, Traffic Coating
- Graduate from engineering, architectural or construction management program is an asset
