Water Projects Engineer

Job Overview

Reporting to the Team Lead, the Water Project Engineer coordinates and administers the design and construction of Alberta Agriculture and Irrigation's (AGI) Southern Region water management infrastructure projects.

The position is responsible for the development of department standards, guidelines, and specifications in support of the delivery of water management infrastructure projects, and for leading the safe, efficient, timely, and fiscally responsible delivery of the projects by consultants and contractors.
