Wash Bay Attendant

Orla Mining – Musselwhite Mine, Northern Ontario.

Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated Wash Bay Attendant to join our Maintenance Department, reporting directly to the Musselwhite Mobile Maintenance Supervisor. The Wash Bay Attendant is responsible for cleaning, washing, and maintaining the upkeep of heavy equipment, light vehicles, and machinery used on-site at Musselwhite Mine.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate pressure washers, steam cleaners, and other cleaning equipment to clean mining vehicles and equipment.
• Clean mud, dirt, oil and debris from haul trucks, excavators, bulldozers, service trucks, and light vehicles.
• Ensure equipment is properly prepared for maintenance or inspection.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and surrounding work areas.
• Perform routine inspections of cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs.
