Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the organization and management of a warehouse in Svalbard. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products as well as maintaining inventory records. You will work under the direction of a Warehouse Manager and alongside a team of warehouse workers.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
• Unpack and inspect received goods for damage or defects
• Label and store items in designated locations
• Process outgoing shipments according to customer orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems
• Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
