Warehouse Worker - Dry/Cooler Picker

Responsibilities

Position Summary: Under minimum supervision, performs warehouse worker duties. Assignments require the exercise of independent discretion, judgment and a thorough understanding of company/department policies and procedures. Employees work both independently and as part of workgroups or teams. This position provides the labour required for the warehouse operations within the distribution centre.

Hourly Rate: $27.00/hr + $0.50 (Dry/Cooler picker premium)

• Perform dry selection: Accurately selecting product to be loaded on company trailers.
• Ensure proper stop sequence and construction on all pallets selected.
• Ensure loading of product selected is in its proper place on the company trailer.
