Warehouse Supervisor

Operational Oversight:Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities.

Team Leadership:Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates.

Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Process Optimization:Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse layout and workflow.

Problem Solving:Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer service inquiries related to warehouse activities.

Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and inventory status.
