Warehouse Supervisor II

Purpose: Achieves an elevated level of satisfaction through excellence in receiving, storage, identifying, dispatching, shipping and material flow movement, ensuring the quality of goods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise materials associates in attaining business goals in compliance with quality systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, material control procedures, housekeeping and safety policies.
• Supervise operations in one or more warehouses and facilities.
• Manage the process of material handling of raw materials, warehousing, replenishment systems, and finished goods.
• Prioritize workloads, monitor and adjust daily work schedules, and distribute projects to meet schedules.
• Support improvements to inventory investment through an inventory entitlement model for applicable product lines.
• Participate in the development of personnel within the department.
