Warehouse Staff

Responsibilities

• Accepting delivery of inventory
• Counting and confirming inventory
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
• Communicating errors to relevant parties
• Marketing and labeling stock
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
• Complete diary logs for inventory and report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to avoid miscommunication about the release and inventory of materials

Qualifications

• Must have experience in dispatching, packing, and inventory
• Knowledgeable in basic computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, and printing
• Motorcycle driving is a plus
• At least High School graduate or Vocational
