Warehouse Officer

**Position will be responsible to manage the receiving, storage, inventory control and documentation of materials in the pharmaceutical warehouse.**

**Job Responsibilities:**

**Receiving of all the raw and packaging materials, storage & handling activities.**

**Keep constant check on received quantity & make sure that checklist & quarantine labels are affixed as per SOP.**

**Ensure the pasting of hazardous labels on the container of all such materials.**

**Coordinate / arrange materials loans & returns.**

**Preparation of GRNs, MRRs of Raw & Packaging materials of the daily receipts on the same day basis.**

**System posting of all MRRs released & also the follow up of physical transfer of released raw materials.**

**Follow up with purchase / Imports /Planning for documents related with the incoming raw & packaging materials.**

**Ensure arrangement of raw materials as per their designated locations.**
