Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse manpower hiring

Source candidates through job portals, references, and field hiring

Conduct telephonic screening and line-up candidates for interviews Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for closures

Ensure timely joining and maintain hiring trackers

Handle bulk hiring for roles such as Pickers, Packers, Loaders, Delivery Assoc...
