- Provide leadership and oversight for warehouse, recycling, logistics, and supply chain functions.
- Ensure consistent execution of NRO standards, policies, procedures, and initiatives across all assigned DRCs.
- Monitor performance through regular site audits, reporting, and KPI reviews; develop corrective action plans where needed.
- Analyze performance metrics, financial reports, productivity trends, and service levels to support data‑driven decisions.
- Lead process improvement projects and organizational initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, donor experience, and sustainability.
