Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The Outbound Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily shipping operations by preparing accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) for all outbound trailers and maintaining real-time updates within outbound tracking systems. This role requires close monitoring of pending errors, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies, and conducting trailer audits to verify load accuracy and compliance with operational standards. The Coordinator also operates power industrial equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise as needed to support outbound flow.
