Warehouse Coordinator

We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to ensure smooth operations, manage inventory, and support our dynamic logistics team. You will be working closely with the Operations Manager to maintain efficiency in our fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with freight forwarders to arrange freight bookings and confirm essential shipping documents (SI, BLs).
• Monitor, manage, and process orders for warehouse stock efficiently.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Oversee and assist with inbound and outbound warehouse shipments.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support and assist the Operations Manager with daily duties.
