Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, once trained will move to 12pm to 8pm shift

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end order processing within Amazon Seller Central, including PO review, pick list creation, ASN preparation, and upload confirmation
• Execute ASN submissions through Walmart Retail Link, ensuring compliance with all receiving requirements
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to manage shipment scheduling, order entry, and delivery timelines
• Perform SAP-based inventory reconciliation, investigating discrepancies between warehouse and system records
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, packing slip verification, and returns (RAs) management
