VP/Director, Global Accounts — Multi‑Site Operations

TaskUs is seeking a Vice President/Senior Director of Global Accounts to design and execute strategic programs across five sites. You will manage client relationships, operational delivery, and cross-region governance to drive excellence.

You will own KPIs, forecast financials, and collaborate with Client Services, QA, and WFM teams while traveling up to 50% internationally to align nearshore and offshore delivery models in LATAM (Colombia/Mexico).
