**Responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for the organization's mortgage lending business. This executive leader drives customer acquisition, brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention, and market growth across retail, consumer direct, correspondent, wholesale, and/or servicing channels. The role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Product Management, Digital, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing programs that support strategic business objectives, revenue growth, and market share expansion. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, investor guidelines, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.** The target pay range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000.
