VP Diversity and Global People Processes
- Are you passionate about driving people-centric processes and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion? At Telenor, we’re looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead our People Processes function.
- Your mission will be to support our business and people ambitions by delivering end-to-end processes for People Dialogue (our performance and development process), Engagement Surveys, and a forward-leaning Diversity & Inclusion agenda. In addition, you will play a crucial role in driving towards our people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Surveys: Own the end-to-end process for annual and periodic employee surveys, measuring the working environment at global, business unit, and team levels.-
- People Development: Lead the Global People Dialogue process, ensuring effective performance assessments and development plans through frequent leader-employee dialogues.-
