VP, Digital Fraud Strategy & Controls

United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced leader to head Advisory & Strategy for fraud risk and to enhance governance, regulatory engagement, and assurance across Line1 controls. You will influence anti-fraud strategy, conduct risk assessments, and drive controls across channels and products.

The role requires 8–12 years in fraud risk management within banking, strong analytics, policy development, and cross‑functional collaboration with senior management and regulators.
