Opportunity Description
About you As the VP Construction Project Management, you will lead a team of Project Managers within the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) at Colliers. You will give oversight to all staff and projects across Canada focusing on managing risk, ensuring projects are timely, meeting or exceeding budget and financial expectations, including delivering a targeted profit margin and growing revenues.
You will also be directly involved in major projects from an oversight perspective. It is intended that major projects will have a Project Manager running the project, however you will sit in on these projects to ensure that the complexities of the project are fully understood and managed well. You will also focus on optimizing construction processes, mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous innovation across projects in support of the property management.
