The Vice President, Application Reliability & Operations Engineering provides executive leadership to Humana.
The Vice President, Application Reliability & Operations Engineering is a senior strategic and operational leader responsible for ensuring that the corporation’s technology systems operate reliably, securely, and as intended. This role is critical to establishing a new level of technical capability in areas where service performance has historically presented challenges. This includes artificial intelligence.
The VP is accountable for ensuring that health checks are performed daily on all systems of strategic importance and for overseeing the enterprise change control process, which encompasses thousands of changes each week.
