About INGES Immigrants Navigation & Growth Empowerment Services (INGES) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting newcomers, job seekers, entrepreneurs, youth, and underserved communities through employment services, skills development, entrepreneurship training, digital literacy programs, and community engagement initiatives.
Position Summary Board directors provide governance, strategic oversight, and leadership to ensure INGES fulfills its mission, remains financially sustainable, and delivers meaningful programs that strengthen communities.
Directors work collaboratively with fellow board members and organizational leadership to guide long-term planning, support fundraising efforts, monitor organizational performance, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and nonprofit best practices.
