About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Video Editor who can create high-converting video creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate understands D2C consumer behavior, direct-response marketing, and can transform raw footage into engaging ad creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit performance-driven video ads for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Develop compelling hooks, storytelling structures, and CTAs that improve campaign performance.
- Repurpose existing content into high-performing ad creatives.
- Work closely with the Growth, Performance Marketing, and Creative teams to execute campaigns.
- Analyze creative performance and incorporate learnings into future edits.
