The VP, Academic is a senior academic leader and a member of the executive team, responsible for shaping and advancing the institution’s academic strategy. Reporting to the Principal, this role leads all academic programs, oversees new program development, enables pedagogical innovation, cultivates a community of practice in educational research, and leads the institutions clinical placement process, accreditation, and quality assurance. The VP, Academic is accountable for building strategic partnerships across the healthcare landscape to support learner success and respond to evolving workforce needs.
