Iris Munro is Vice President, Property Marketing at CBRE Canada, where she provides strategic leadership for the firm’s national Property Marketing platform. She is responsible for shaping and scaling CBRE’s property marketing strategy across all asset classes and geographies, ensuring alignment with both business priorities and client objectives. In her role, she has set the tone for what property marketing means within the industry – championing a differentiated and fluid approach that integrates brand, design, narrative, and tenant engagement to drive business outcomes.

In her role, Iris also oversees CBRE’s creative marketing agency, the first in-house creative agency of its kind within a Canadian brokerage. Under Iris’s leadership, this agency provides clients and brokers with compelling creative assets, targeted campaigns, and multi-faceted strategies that elevate properties in a competitive marketplace and catalyze leasing opportunities.
