Mastercard’s Loyalty team is part of Consumer Acquisition and Engagement (CA & E) and works with financial institutions, retailers, airlines, and digital partners to deliver meaningful, frictionless, and valuable customer experiences. The Vice President, Product Management, Enterprise Loyalty will shape the next phase of growth for Rewards and Enterprise Loyalty, set the strategic direction for Mastercard’s Enterprise Loyalty capabilities globally, define investment priorities, and lead the go-to-market approach to scale solutions across markets, segments, and client types. The ideal candidate combines deep loyalty and rewards expertise with strong commercial judgment, client management, disciplined product leadership, and the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
