Vice President Operations

A high-growth real estate fintech is looking for a VP of Operations to lead its production organization across underwriting, processing, and closing.

The company needs someone who can manage managers, improve operational performance, build scalable processes, and use data to increase volume without sacrificing quality or customer experience.

This person will own day-to-day operational performance across the production funnel, with a focus on volume, quality, speed, team accountability, and customer experience.
