Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation

• Define and execute Lightspeed's multi‑year systems strategy in alignment with corporate objectives, growth plans, and transformation priorities.
• Lead enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives that simplify business processes, improve scalability, and increase organizational effectiveness.
• Champion adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve employee productivity, business effectiveness, and operational performance.
• Ensure enterprise systems capabilities support future growth, acquisitions, geographic expansion, and evolving business models.
• Establish governance, prioritization, and operation frameworks that ensure effective decision‑making, resource allocation, and delivery standards across the IS portfolio.
