Job Summary

The role is as a proactive member of the Senior Management team of Nidec Traction to Create, Deliver, and Manage Strategies to achieve operational excellence within the manufacturing footprint of the business to achieve the ambitious targets of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and drive Continuous Improvement across all manufacturing related areas of the business.
