About the Opportunity
Our client, a well‑established and growing insurance brokerage, is seeking a commercial insurance leader to take ownership of their Middle Market book. This is a leadership role focused on portfolio growth, client retention, and building out a high‑performing Account Executive team.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in commercial lines, including 3–5 years in a leadership capacity
- Level 3 General Insurance License required; CAIB, CIP, CRM, or FCIP an asset
- Track record of coaching and developing high‑performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to hit business targets through disciplined execution
- Strong grasp of the commercial marketplace and ability to advise on marketing strategy, portfolio management, and retention
