Vice President, Mexico & LatAm Growth Equity

General Atlantic is seeking a full-time Vice President to join its Mexico City investment team. The Vice President will be responsible for sourcing and managing investments across Latin America, while acting as a central relationship owner for portfolio companies and driving value creation initiatives.

Qualified candidates should have 4–7 years of experience in growth equity or private equity, excellent financial modeling skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish. The role offers a dynamic work environment, collaborating closely with senior leadership and management teams.
