Opportunity Description

+ Primary: Direct sales responsibility for the Equipment Finance product and growth for the Bank through business development and management of key client relationships. Achieved through product partnership with Commercial Bank relationship managers and direct sales with Bank customers and prospects. Maintains an outstanding and continuous record of significant revenue generation from sales and syndications.
+ Secondary: Sales support to provide daily operational service support and ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences. Resolves client problems in a prompt and effective manner, while ensuring that enhancement opportunities are identified and addressed or referred during client service interactions.
+ Acts as an escalation point for complex client issues, using strategic problem-solving to resolve conflicts and maintaining strong client relationships.
